Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website, request a reservation, or stay at or visit Pinea Resort in Beit Mery, Lebanon. By booking or visiting, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.

• Sending the reservation form or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once we've replied with availability and a price, and you've accepted it.
• There is no online payment on this website, and we never ask for card details through it.
• The person who makes the booking is responsible for everyone in their group, and for the group following these terms.

Bungalows are $150 a night on weekdays and $180 on weekends, in US dollars, with pool access included. Rates on the website can change; the price we give you when we confirm your booking is the one that applies.

We accept payment through Whish, OMT, BOB Finance. We'll tell you when payment is due when we confirm your booking.

• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your booking.
• For later cancellations and no-shows, any charge will be stated when we confirm your booking.
• If we ever have to cancel, for example because of severe weather, a safety concern or something else outside our control, we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund anything you've paid.

• Each bungalow fits 2 guests. A 3rd guest is an extra $25 a night, and no more beyond that.
• Check-in is from 8am and check-out is by 7pm.
• Linens and towels are provided.

To keep Pinea calm and safe for everyone:

• Guests must be 16 or older.
• No children under 3 in the pool.
• No pets allowed.
• No littering.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Please keep noise respectful of other guests.

Our visitor guidelines, including fire safety in the forest, apply to every guest. We may ask anyone who puts other guests, our staff or the forest at risk, or who repeatedly ignores these rules, to leave.

• The pool is open daily from 9am to 6pm.
• Pool access is included for bungalow guests. A day pass is $20 per person.
• Children in the pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please shower before swimming.

You're responsible for any damage you or your group cause to the bungalow, the pool or the grounds, beyond normal wear and tear.

Please look after your valuables. We can't be responsible for items that are lost or left unattended, except where the law says we must.

During on-site activities such as yoga and the donkey trail, please follow the guidance of our staff and instructors, and tell us about anything that might affect your safety.

Activities nearby, such as the adventure park and horse riding, are run by independent businesses under their own terms and safety rules. Any discount for Pinea guests is offered by the partner and may change.

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but rates, hours and activities can change. Photographs are illustrative.

The text, photographs and logo on this site belong to Pinea Resort. Please don't reuse them without our permission. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Lebanese law that can't be excluded. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power or water cuts, or road closures.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first: most things can be put right with a conversation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you book is the one that applies to your stay.
